making the pieces fit
Marketing must be a part of your profit strategy like any other part of your business. As an entrepreneur you should always factor in the ROI of your efforts making sure they are uniform and cohesively tied to your objectives.
As an ethnic minority business owner some avenues you may want to consider are:
- Ethnic Chambers – Indian, Black, Asian, Hispanic, etc
- Local and State Chambers
- Business Certification Organizations – NMSDC (The NMSDC is a global gold standard regarding certification which has been replicated in many countries and is accepted by some state and city municipalities)
A few questions:
- What does marketing mean to you?
- What is your marketing strategy?
- How are you measuring the ROI of the time and money spent on marketing?
- What do you hope to accomplish?
- How will you know you have reached your goal?
- What is your conversion ratio?
Just a few thoughts to ponder.
