For over 20 years (almost 60 if you combine our experience) we helped many businesses as well as non-profits become successful. Many of these have gone on to become multimillion dollar businesses, large organizations and in some niches house hold names. We also noticed a trend – even if it is only $5 when people have to pay for a service it has value – for some reason people are wired such that free must mean inferior quality.  We watched many businesses take our advice and shoot past us one way and then back down the other when they decided they out grew the need for our services. Based on this and many other trends we saw we decided to form a business whose sole charge is to help you succeed in business.

Many entrepreneurs (especially in the ethnic minority community) are first generation. They need access to mentors, tools and just good ole common sense to succeed. As such we offer ourselves and out extensive networks, friends and contacts from our many years of experience in growing businesses and non profits. What we offer is not text book theory rather proven techniques that we often used ourselves or in organizations to equip you to achieve your respective business goals.

Why do we do this – simply worrded we believe we can do well by doing good and that is makes sound business sense to tie our success to your success as a result the better you do the better we do. There is a simple underlying truth in all we do – we know “Character Counts!” and that the best way to help this country is to create personal and business wealth because small businesses are the life blood of this economy and like the canary in the coal mine when small businesses fail so eventually will the large and mega corporation.
